The van was very clean in the inside, easy pickup location and smooth check-in.

The gas was almost empty when I received the car, so I had to refill it at a nearby gas station first thing.
When I returned the car, the fuel gauge was still two bars above empty, meaning I paid for more gas than I actually used.
The car itself was good, and the host’s response was good at first. At the beginning of the trip, he said he would cover the extra gas cost. I sent photos as proof, calculated the estimated gas cost, and explained everything, but after that I haven’t heard anything from him. I still haven’t received the refund.
Could you cover the extra gas cost, or ask Turo to help get my money back, as we discussed?
