Pickup from YYC was easy and straightforward and the van met our transportation needs. I would have appreciated it being detailed before the rental began. The van did shake when going down a steep incline. The rear left door makes a loud buzzing sound when locked. The van had just had over 200,000 km on pickup.

Very friendly and flexible host. Easy airport delivery and drop off. We were quite nervous as the car seemed to have some kind of mechanical issue as it was shaking a lot while braking downhill. Despite this, it still took our family from Radium to Jasper and many places in between with no other issues. Hopefully the host resolves this before renting to the next person.
