Shard is excellent! He saved my trip. My other booking did not show up and leaving my family at the airport. Shard was able to provide the vehicle asap and save my trip. Car is nice, no problem at all travelling around Banff and jasper. Had a great time. Good on gas. Also, when I return the car, I was able to return them at the hotel I stayed at. Very flexible and convenient for me! Definitely recommend him! Thank you very much!

Highly recommended for all, specially for families with 2 full size, 5 trolly bags, one car seat, one booster seat and one stroller.
