Car was pristine, comfortable, quiet, and the self driving is honestly astonishing! It took us to San Antonio and back, while automatically handling everything, including parking at chargers (not that we needed charge, just food and drinks)! Definitely have to still pay attention, but you soon realize there's not much it doesn't get perfect.

Car was clean, drove very smoothly, and the FSD feature made the trip much more pleasant. Overall, Jacobo was easy to reach, though communication did taper off a bit around drop‑off time. Not a big deal, but normally I do like for hosts to message back around or after drop‑off to make sure everything is ok once I’ve returned the vehicle. I’d definitely book from Jacobo again, and my only recommendation would be to enable temporary guest access for renters with the Tesla app, which would make things like preconditioning the car much easier.

It was such a good car, feels like new! It feels reliable and has a lot of space. People seated at the back really enjoyed the screen to watch videos during the trip.
Jacobo was quick answering, which gave me a lot of trust while renting the car.
