The Turo is amazing and efficient. I can always quickly find a vehicle that responsible priced when need. The fees however are ridiculous and should be reduced when you are rental the vehicle long term. However, this vehicle wasn’t up to standard. It was like renting a wreak for a week. It was beat up, dented up, shaking when you go over a certain speed, the interior of the door was torn. Additionally, it smelled like animals and I’m allergic. I had to use all kinds of products to try and cope with the smell. This vehicle wasn’t worth the money!

Would recommend giving guest clear instructions on the vehicle’s exact location especially for travelers picking up at off site airport parking.

Great communication, car did have a lot of miles 170k, ran little hard and key fob pictures were missing. Informed Whip will take a look at before next trip. Would rent through again

3rd car I have rented from this host and I am convinced there's not a bad one in the bunch. These vehicles are beautifully maintained and mechanically they seem a little extra special! Fun cars, reliable cars, luxury cars from a host who responds quickly and is always on hand to find a solution, not that the vehicles are the problem. Drive Whip is just good people.
