We’re launching in the Yukon territory of Canada! To support the launch, we’re offering a $500 cash incentive for the first 50 vehicles listed, with a cap of $1,000 per host. Vehicles must remain listed until September 30, 2025. This limited-time offer is designed to reward hosts who get in early and help build the community.
This incentive program is available to hosts who list one of the first 50 vehicles in the Yukon Territory of Canada. The incentive structure is based on vehicles added and trips taken.
Turo will pay an incentive of $500 per vehicle, for up to two (2) vehicles, which meet the eligibility criteria. Thus, hosts will be eligible for a maximum incentive of $1,000.
A host may list any number of eligible vehicles, however, the incentive will only be paid on up to two vehicles that are 1) listed during the listing period, 2) reach the trip requirement during the incentive period, and 3) are within the first 50 vehicles to do so,
In order to qualify for the incentive, each host must maintain the following minimum host-level quality criteria for each incentive period:
70% 5-star rating of completed trips
65% maintenance rating of completed trips
65% cleanliness rating of completed trips
3.0% maximum cancellation rate
The applicable incentive payment will be paid within 15 business days after the vehicle(s) meet the qualifying criteria
Vehicles must meet Turo’s vehicle eligibility requirements in Canada.
Vehicles must be listed on Turo between June 2 and July 15, 2025 (the “listing period”).
In order to count for the incentive, each vehicle listed must have completed at least three (3) trips or 15 days on Turo from June 2, 2025 (inclusive) through September 30, 2025 (inclusive) (the “incentive period”).
Vehicles for which a host receives an incentive payout must remain listed through the incentive period. Turo reserves the right to withhold any future compensation in the event that the vehicle is delisted before the end of the incentive period.
Trips used to meet the 3-trips or 15 day threshold must be completed by unique guests and must not be flagged for fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or review. Trips by friends, family, or people you know are considered fraudulent activity.
Turo reserves the right to disqualify trips deemed to be below-market, promotional, or that aren’t conducted at arm’s length in determining trip and day qualifications.
Each vehicle’s VIN must be unique and can’t be added to more than one host or portfolio during the incentive period.
Hosts may not share vehicles across multiple accounts or move vehicles between portfolios. Any such activity may disqualify both accounts.
Headers in this document are provided for convenience and not to be interpreted to limit or affect any terms or conditions.
Incentives are non-transferable, not for resale, and can’t be combined with other offers.
In the event your vehicle is unable to be used for trips for reasons outside of your direct control, Turo may, in its reasonable discretion, still honor the incentive.
Turo reserves the right to withhold or revoke incentive payments at its sole discretion in cases of suspected abuse, gaming the program mechanics, or behavior inconsistent with the spirit of the program. All decisions by Turo regarding qualification and incentive eligibility are final.
