Very disappointing experience. We had to return the car the very next day because it was clearly not in safe driving condition. The car was making a very loud noise, and it often wouldn’t start properly. When it did start, we had to wait about a minute before it was drivable.
This vehicle could have left a customer stranded anywhere. As we were leaving my building, I recorded a video of the noise because the host asked me to. I sent the video immediately, but nothing was done to address the issue.
We also ended up paying more than the price originally shown in the app (I assume due to additional fees), which wouldn’t have been a problem if the car had been in proper condition. However, we did not pay a premium price for a vehicle that was clearly unsafe and not fit to be rented.
I hope Turo reviews this situation so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Say the truth- you took the car with gas , you brought back the car with no gas
The issue, you didn’t like the fact that i filled up the gas and I sent you the receipt to pay for the gas you used ! So the car did not function well on you but function very well for the past guests and also upon dropping off the car , all of a sudden the car started operating fine…. Mind you guests are using the car and operating well…

What did you mean front lights low ? Low lights -
I checked headlights, back lights signal lights, high beam lights- all are working properly
You could be talking about high beam- this one you put it by yourself whenever you want it
