The car over heated and wasn't able to drive, which happens, but Turo was not helpful with getting another vehicle. The host was trying to helpful and was nice. I will never use this app again.

Car has transmission problem, occasionally does not respond to throttle pedal. Need to floor pedal for car to move…

Great experience, car was really good! It was a little dirty on pickup, but otherwise no issues.

The car was great. Yifan and Danniel also were so warm and supportive. This was my second time with them. The only minor problem I saw, was an smoke smell that I believe was related to the previous renter. Also I understood that they tryied hard to remove it.
Definetly I will reserve with them again.
