Upon checking in, the key was not in the lock box and I needed to call to receive the key (it had been forgotten to put in there). The car had a series of small issues but nothing that made it undrivable for the trip. The window made a screeching sound when it rolled down, we found sauces and french fries in the car when we got it, the seat only went so far forward and not the full way so I had to stretch my legs to hit the gas properly, The windshield wipers at one point locked in the upright position for about 2 hours with no way to get them down and most importantly, the bolts on the wheels were loose when we received the car which caused the tire to become loose and shake on the highway making us wonder what was wrong. I would give this car an inspection before putting it on the road again.
Hey sorry about your bad experience. The wipers have been replaced and are working smooth again. Passenger window regulator was making a screeching noise and it’s now been replaced, and the loud winter tires have been swapped to all seasons and torqued to spec. . It’s since been inspected and back on the road. Thank you

Communicative host with very simple pick up/drop off location.
Clean car that runs well, albeit slight vibrations at higher speeds (like on the highway), no concerns while driving on city roads.
The car was easy to drive however know it's an older model without a reverse camera or place to plug in your phone. This wasn't a problem for me but may be for newer drivers.
