The host is great. Very kind and quick to respond. Car had a coolant issue, which was not hosts fault. Was helpful to help with any questions i had.

I would not rent from this host again.
During the trip, the coolant reservoir failed during normal driving. There was no accident, impact, or misuse. I purchased and installed a replacement part only to prevent overheating and safely return the vehicle.
The car was returned safely with no warning lights, no error codes, and no other reported issues. However, the host refused to reimburse the $79 part cost and also refused to return the part I purchased, even though it remained installed on his vehicle.
Communication was polite, but I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled.
