The host was very friendly and pick up and drop off went very well, my only reason for docking a star is that the car could use some maintenance. The wheels seem off like they are inbalanced or could use an alignment, and it drags to the side a bit and speeding up on the highway felt a bit unsafe. It didn’t ruin my use of the vehicle but I would hope that the vehicle is in the upmost condition when renting it.

I’m sorry you had this experience, and I appreciate you flagging it. The vehicle had just returned from a long trip shortly before your booking, and unfortunately I wasn’t aware of the issue before it went back out.
As soon as I drove the car afterward, I noticed a suspension issue as well. I’ve since removed the vehicle from the platform and it will remain unavailable until it has been inspected and repaired.

William was an absolutely incredible host. He was always responsive, very communicative, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire rental. You can tell he really cares about providing a great experience.
I rented the car for a couple of months and had absolutely no issues. I took it on several long-distance trips, and it was extremely reliable the whole time. The car drove great, was comfortable, and was very good on gas.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience with both the car and William. No complaints at all, and I would definitely recommend renting from him. I’d happily rent from William again!
