The Volkswagen Jetta is okay and gets the job done, but it’s definitely a car that shows its age. The vehicle was clean overall, although you could still notice some older stains and wear inside. Mechanically it works fine and drives without major issues, but the brakes need some adjustment because they don’t feel as smooth as they should.

For short trips it’s acceptable, but for drives longer than three hours it becomes a bit uncomfortable. Overall, if you’re just looking for a car that works and can get you from point A to point B, it’s a decent option. However, if you want comfort, smooth driving, and great fuel efficiency, this probably isn’t the right car for you.

The pickup location was easy to find, and the host was clear and easy to communicate with throughout the process.

The brakes could perhaps use a re-fresh but other than that a great, fuel-efficient ride.

The car was super clean, drove really smooth, and was amazing on gas which made everything so easy. The host was great with communication he is always quick to respond and really helpful the whole time. I always use Burhan to rent vehicles and really reccomend him. His fleet of cars are great!

The ower was very communicative. I received instructions how to pick up and drop the vehicle. I will be renting again the next time I am in Windsor.
