Pretty decent vehicle for the age. He’s accommodating when our trip was cancelled and we had to change the drop off. Host is also nice to pre-install the car seat.
A few areas for improvement: we weren’t informed of parking fees for the airport pickup and instructions to get to the car weren’t detailed for somebody not familiar with the area. The car seat could use a bit of cleaning.

The quality of the car was fine and it was clean when I picked it up, however it did not have AC at all. It was extremely miserable to drive an hour to and from places when it’s already around 80 degrees outside. But otherwise it ran fine and had good gas mileage.
