Easy convenient pickup and drop off. Car was clean

Hosts were great, very responsive and helpful, no complaints. The car has a couple issues, like the volume knob is missing and the infotainment control knob is broken which makes it a bit difficult to use the middle screen at all. Otherwise car was great, just a couple minor things that could easily be fixed to make the car perfect.
