I had a wonderful experience renting Jay’s Mazda during my trip to Toronto! The car was perfect for getting around the city, but what truly made the experience exceptional was Jay’s kindness and thoughtfulness. When I arrived, my international cellular data wasn’t working, and Jay generously shared his internet connection and stayed until he was sure I had my navigation set up and was ready to go. He was incredibly accommodating, even covering the airport parking fee himself. His genuine care, patience, and hospitality made my trip so much easier and stress-free. I would absolutely rent from Jay again whenever I return to Toronto. Highly recommend him!

Jay was a great host. There was good communication and help right from the start. He was able to accommodate our request for car seats for the Children and change of pick up location when our plans changed The car was reliable for the whole trip. Also had good satnav. All in all good experience
