TLDR I don't recommend. I spent from 11 am until almost 7 pm trying to get appropriate responses from the host and from support. The host ignored safety concerns until I escalated to Turo directly. The host is also not a mechanic and disregarded the issue after ignoring me for 6h and pinned it on winter tires and being busy. I offered to take the car to a mechanic but Turo said that mechanics will falsify a report. Not sure what mechanics they use but I trust my licenced mechanics with the safety of my car. I haven't had anything remotely close to this experience at a proper rental agency. I hope both Turo and the host make improvements so others don't have a similarly terrible experiences.

The car has no issues and you aren’t a mechanic to make that judgment. It has been inspected and there is no problem. Winter tires are a little more road noise than summers and that is a fact known to all mechanics.
As for response you already said there was a glitch in the system and I didn’t receive you msg. However I was just a phone call away. I definitely won’t recommend renting to this guest.
