Kawal was very lovely to communicate with and very friendly. Our trip from Victoria to Tofino was smooth and easy. Car was very clean just a water stain on seat but that happens. He accommodated my request to change the drop off point to the airport for $30. Only issue is that the brakes were squeaky. Car is very good on gas too.
