Pickup was straightforward and easy, car was a little dirty and not filled up at pickup though.

I'm not sure why you felt the car was dirty. The inside was extremely clean. The only thing that may have made the exterior look a little dirty was the rain, as it was raining on the day you picked up the car.
Regarding the gas level, the car had approximately half a tank when you picked it up. This is completely normal with Turo and other car rental companies. The expectation is simply that you return the car with the same level of gas as when you received it.
Ali was super kind, responsive and friendly! The car was in great condition and was a great choice! Ali also was super helpful with adjusting pick-up and drop-off times! Would recommend!
