Everything went well and as planned and communicated; this was my second time.

The trip was very stressful because the brakes on this car are not working properly. From the beginning, the pedal felt weak and required a lot of force to slow down. On our last day in North Vancouver, the brakes failed completely at a traffic light, and the car almost didn't stop in time, which nearly caused an accident. When we parked, the brakes were extremely hot and making a loud noise. The car needs a mechanical inspection immediately before anyone else rents it.

The car runs very smoothly and the gas mileage is just incredible. The car had a ‘new car’ feel, was clean and just overall nice to drive. Elaine was an attentive host and was there along the way to answer all of my questions. Would definitely book again.
