Pickup was prompt and owner was excellent at communicating. Very clean! If you are driving outside of Vancouver, you may not want to use this vehicle. I drove from Chilliwack and was unable to fully charge the battery because I didn’t want to miss my flight and owner charged me even when I explained the predicament the day before (wouldn’t accept cash to cover the costs and allowed Turo to charge a $10 Inconvenience fee). Did not meet me at agreed time for return, which was confusing as we had planned it the day before and I also messaged when I was close to the Parkade. Perfect vehicle for travel within Vancouver.
Thank you for your feedback. I'd like to clarify that the vehicle was provided with a fully charged battery, and I did not submit any reimbursement request for the battery not being returned at the same level. Therefore, no charging fee or Turo inconvenience fee was charged. The $10 inconvenience fee is a Turo system fee that hosts cannot control or waive. The return was scheduled for 7:00 a.m., but the vehicle was returned exactly one hour early, and I also covered the airport parking cost.

I’m sorry you felt the charge for the completely empty battery you returned was a scam. I didn’t realize a legitimate trip expense, with proof provided through the Turo app, would lead to accusations instead of responsibility.
Sorry I couldn’t provide the free fee you expected, but you still received a 5-star review from me.
Leaving a 1-star review with scam accusations over a documented expense is not cool 😊
