The car was very nice and clean! but i was really disappointed that the owner didn't mention and tell us that the Ac wasn't working and our trip today the weather was so hot

Great experience with this Toyota Corolla. It drives super smoothly, handles really well, and is great on gas, which I really appreciated. The host was fantastic too—quick to respond and everything went smoothly. 5 stars, I'd happily book again.

My first Turo experience and a bit rocky. Most of the issues relate to maintenance of the vehicle, the main one being the AC was not working. We were driving on hot days so this was pretty brutal highway driving at 26-27C. A smaller issue with the windscreen wipers that meant it wasn't easy to see through the windscreen (driver side) when we hit a squall. In my opinion the car (as it's older) needs to be maintained very diligently to make sure it's in working order for all seasons, and for each trip.
As they say "your mileage may vary": ours wasn't great...and the offer of a discount on a future session didn't feel like it addressed the inconvenience we'd had and put the onus on us to accept the risk a second time.
Personally if I use Turo again, I'll look for a newer model car and if it's warmer season, ask pointed questions about AC and test if before I set off!

Hi Jeremy, I’m sincerely sorry your first Turo trip was so rough. Driving in the heat without A/C and dealing with a faulty wiper is unacceptable, and I take full responsibility.
The Corolla is scheduled for immediate A/C repair, and the wipers are being replaced today. Thank you for the honest feedback. I wish you much better travels ahead.
