The owners were fantastic and extremely accommodating.
The only issue was with having to use the key card which I know is an owner choice and that’s understandable. I have had Tesla rentals in the past where the owner provides the key card only as a backup and the primary key is your phone using the Tesla app. This would have been way more convenient for car locking and charging.
