Located a short 2 minute walk east of Renfrew Skytrain station. The car will be parked by the Flo charging station. Please let us know if you'll be driving your own car here and we'll reserve an extra parking spot for your car.

• For airport meetups, how do I pickup the car?

  Once you get your flight number, please send it to us. Then on the day, a Transporter will be at the YVR airport 20 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. They will wait near the airport exit, either at Domestic or International Arrivals. Once you arrive, they will guide you to your car at the YVR Parkade. Carview covers the parking fee for you on your way out.

• How do I return the car at the airport?

  To return the car, you're welcome to park it at the Parkade at the YVR airport, then complete the trip. —— You'll find your way back to the airport with plenty of signs guiding you to Parkade. Follow them into the parking lot where a machine will give you a green token to let you in. Feel free to park anywhere there. Take your time and don’t worry about parking fees—it’ll be covered by us on our way out. We’ll remotely lock the car after you’re finished and we’ll take care of retrieving the car after. We appreciate you for choosing our service.

• How do I charge the Polestar?

  1) Download the Flo EV charging app, register, and add $10. 2) Find BC Hydro fast-charge stations on the car’s touchscreen or on the Flo app. 3) Plug in the charger, press start charging on the app. 4) After you’re finished, press the release, and disconnect the charger after the click sound. ———————————————————— For more detailed instructions: 1) Setup: Download an app called Flo EV Charging. Register and add a payment method in the app. We recommend putting just $10 to begin with. 2) Locate a Charging Station: There are 2 ways to do so: - In the Polestar touchscreen, click on Google Maps, and click on the charging icon to see nearby charging stations. We recommend the BC Hydro stations, those ones have 50kW charging—which take around 45 minutes for a 20-70% charge. - You can also open the Flo app to view a map displaying nearby charging stations. Select the “Available” and “DC Fast” filters. 3) Start Charging: - Press on the charging port flap to open it up. Plug in the charger to the Polestar until you hear a slight click sound. - Click “Start” in the Flo app on the charging station you’re at. This will start the charging, and once the charging light indicator turns green, it is successfully charging. *If it’s not working, you may want to hold onto the charger and lift it up a bit while it’s “initializing” the charge from the EV charger to the Polestar. If that doesn’t work, it’s probably an issue with the charging station itself unfortunately. In this case, the best option would be to go another charging station. 4) Finish Charging: - We recommend charging up to 80% as the charging rate starts slowing down beyond this point. - Click on the button on the right, in the charging port of the Polestar. That unlocks the charger so you can disconnect it. - Wait 5 seconds until you hear a “click” sound, then you can disconnect the charger from the Polestar. You will also stop paying for the charging once it’s disconnected.

• How does Deliver to my Location work?

  On the day 30 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time, we will share our location through the Turo app, and drive to the address that you set. Our associate will arrive between 10 minutes early, to right on time.
