Everything was perfect.

The pickup and drop-off for the vehicle were very easy and quick. The process of booking the car was good. This car, though, was not amazing. If you’re over 5’7” or have any extra weight it would likely be much too small for you. If you plan on having passengers in the back seat have them wear a padded helmet - the roof is very low and every tiny bump sends them up into the ceiling of the car. It really isn’t a typical SUV, it’s more of a low profile crossover. It is almost as low to ground as a sedan. The mechanics of the car were great but the interior and ease of use were lacking.
Katherine, thank you for this. The Polestar’s sleek roofline makes it special. The front and rear headroom is still quite roomy in there and offers more ground clearance than a traditional sedan. However, we’re updating our description on Turo because you’re right in that the Polestar is not an SUV. And that on us.
