The car was clean and in great working condition. Kyle communicated promptly and clearly and was also prompt about delivering and receiving the car. The only point I’d make about the vehicle is that it doesn’t have ports to charge a phone. Bring a charging pack. This was my first experience with Turo and it was as good or better than renting from an agency
