Car is good, pick up location not so good. I originally booked this to have it be a drop off of the car at the airport, the owner said I had to meet him in an street in the middle of nowhere where, I was with my pregnant wife very late at night for the check in and the check out was at 4am. All he had to say was just uber, extra money spent for no reason. No apology for the mistake or hey I can drop you guys at the airport. No empathy at all. We hoped it would be a better experience. Thanks for letting us use your car I guess.

Thank you Sameh for your review and for booking mu car. However if you need to deliver the car to YVR airport you have to go through the app as I explained which extra $80-100. None of the hosts can accept personal messages as official requests. I have left five stars review for you for bringing the car in good condition and full tank. Only thing you had to do is contact the Turo support and I sent you the link to do so. Appreciate your kind review and wish you nothing but good luck.
