The car quality wasn't the greatest as there was a dent and scratch that was not in the picture used to market the vehicle. Underneath the driver seat was very dirty(used chapstick along with food crumbs), there was no windshield wiper fluid, the night prior to pick up he changed the pick up location from the airport to a location that took 20 minutes to get there after a long flight. No apology either. I will add that he did pay for the uber. Dropping the vehicle off was a bit confusing. On the turo app they give you the choice to drop off the vehicle at the parkade so that is what I did. He called me "not normal" because I decided to do that instead of calling him to let him know I am on my way to the airport. I have been using turo for a few years whenever I come to toronto for work trips to save my company money as my work pays for the rental but after this experience I will just be sticking with the traditional Enterprise or Budget. I am giving my subjective experience which does not mean this happens all the time but my experience is mine and I hope the best for others

I received the car on great condition and it was a smooth driving experience
The host was very responsive during the time of my renting and the dropoff was smooth

car was okay, pickup was okay
