The host was great. Vehicle pickup and drop off was very easy. Be aware that if you are picking up the car from the airport there is a parking fee that you will have to pay when exiting the airport parkade. No notification of this was given. The car was very clean, lots of trunk space, ac works. The only complaint is that the muffler on this vehicle was very loud. Overall great experience and would recommend this host.

Thank you for your feedback. Since the pickup and drop-off are contactless at the airport, I leave the exit ticket on the dashboard and ask guests to leave it there after their trip. I also try to drop off the car no more than 30 minutes before pickup to avoid extra parking fees.
The Nissan Sentra’s muffler is a little louder than some other economy cars, but the car is in good condition.
