The car was very clean, easy to drive, and fuel-efficient. It was fully equipped with all the necessary features for winter driving, which made the trip very comfortable and safe.
The car also came with many useful items such as a phone holder and both USB and USB-C charging ports, which was a big plus.
The host was extremely supportive and professional - they delivered the car to my location, filled the tank before handoff, explained everything clearly, and responded quickly to all my questions.
Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely rent again. Highly recommended!

I had a good experience with that, it was very clean and the host was great. but just note that you can’t connect your phone to the car, not even for music.
Thanks for the feedback, Mona. Car does have bluetooth connection but Mazda make it a little too complicated to connect. You have to use the voice recognition to ask the car to "connect bluetooth" then you will be prompted to pair your phone. If you messaged me, I would have walked you through the process, step by step. Anyways, I'm glad you had a good time. All the best 🙏
