Car was not prepared well:
Dusty inside and not clean outside in the front of the car
A/C didn’t work properly after 1 hour
Car has rust on several spots
Technically it was ok, didn’t have any problem except A/C

The AC I actually had fixed right before your trip and was working well in my post trip inspection. Not exactly sure why you had an issue, I would recommend reaching out next time to flag this.

Pickup and dropoff was all amazing and super easy. The car drove very smooth, no problems there. Only thing to note is that the AC doesn’t work too great which made hot days difficult. Thanks for a smooth booking!
