Thank you! Great to meet you and glad you enjoyed the ride. We’d be happy to host you again anytime!
Easy communication with the host, good instructions for the parking location, car was very clean, easy to use the lockbox and overall a pretty seamless experience. The only downside was that the brakes on the car had a bad pulsation when braking at highway speeds, which didn't inspire a lot of confidence on the 400. The host did say this issue would be looked after so this shouldn't be an issue for the next driver, but had to mention it.

Thank you for the honest feedback Eric. We apologize for the brake pulsation you experienced. Since then, the vehicle has been fully serviced with brand-new rotors and brakes, and it’s now driving like new.
We truly appreciate your honesty and your business. Thank you again for renting with us, and take care!
