The pickup location and experience were both good.
The vehicle itself was not great, the back hatch did not open which made loading luggage into and out of the car very difficult. The car wasn't very clean. The car also vibrated significantly at highway speeds.
The host was semi responsive on the app and let me know they were aware of the issue with the hatch prior to my rental. They did not inform me that it would not be working.
Not a great experience overall.
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the rear hatch requires a replacement part from Fiat that is currently on back order, so there is nothing further I can do until that part becomes available.
This is a compact Fiat rented at approximately $34 per day, minus $45 for parking This is not a BMW or full-size luxury SUV for luggage Some road noise and vibration should be expected from a small economy vehicle

Roman was great to deal with, and his Fiat 500 was exactly as described.
The car was comfortable for a long road trip, extremely easy and fun to handle, and surprisingly fuel-efficient for a sporty car.
Everything worked perfectly, and the rental experience was smooth from start to finish.
I would definitely rent from Roman again.
