The host was super kind and helpful but the car makes a lot of noises while driving, uses a lot of gas, and the seatbelt sensor kept beeping every few seconds because it had an issue. They will fix it but wanted to write it.

This was my second time using Turo, and overall I had a great experience. The host was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. She answered all of my messages quickly and was genuinely helpful whenever something came up. She provided great directions on how to pick up the car or have tips for the car.
Although there were a few unexpected inconveniences, she handled them professionally and made sure we felt taken care of, which I really appreciated.
