The host Matt is very responsive with communication. The pick up and drop off was easy. The Buick however is in much rougher shape than described. The drivers side interior door handle is broken and requires you to roll down the window and reach outside to get out. The emergency brake is broken and doesn’t engage or return. There is at least one warped brake rotor that makes the brakes pulse when stopping. The hood is badly dented across the whole surface. The interior is clean and functional for its age.
