I’m truly grateful for such a wonderful experience with Sanzhar. The car was clean, comfortable, and in great condition, but what really stood out to me was how kind, understanding, and accommodating the host was throughout the entire trip.
I was unfortunately about 30 minutes late returning the car, and I really appreciate the host’s patience and understanding. He was very gracious about it, which made me feel even more thankful for the overall experience.
Everything was smooth and stress-free, from the beginning until the end. Communication was excellent, and I genuinely felt that the host cared about making sure we had a great trip. It’s not every day you come across a host who is this easy to deal with and understanding.
Thank you so much for making our trip a little easier and more enjoyable! I would absolutely rent from you again and would highly recommend you to anyone looking for an amazing Turo experience. 🙏❤️

Great car, great host, would definitely rent again. No problems except getting a flat tire due to a nail - patched at a mechanics and Sanzhar was available for communication throughout. Exemplary!
