Car was in good condition and very clean, and host was very courteous and punctual. Easy and convenient pick up and drop off site.

The car was ok but we were concerned from the outset because the brakes were soft. Then half way through the trip we had to swap for another car because of a terrible screeching sound - it was clear the brake pads had worn right down. This didn’t suddenly happen but we were able to get another and continue our trip.

I'm not sure what more I could've done. The brakes were fine, but I can understand that you probably didn't like it and for some reason you heard a sound from the brakes. I then offered you a luxury SUV that was listed at $200/day for you to continue your trip. I took the car to the garage and they said the same thing, the brakes are fine. If I didn't proactively offered you a replacement, I'd understand. But all is fair.
Abdul was absolutely amazing. He was there when he said he was gonna be, always responded to every text and email, was very gracious and helpful. Carr worked well. I would definitely highly recommend him and the car
