The vehicle itself was in the condition described, but the overall experience fell well short of what I expect from Turo.
Despite informing the host of our expected arrival time well in advance, he arrived approximately 40 minutes late. During that time, he repeatedly told us over the phone that he was “only 10 minutes away,” which was misleading and left us waiting unnecessarily.
When he finally arrived, he explained that the delay was because he had been cleaning the car. However, the windshield was still dirty and heavily smudged, to the point that I had to clean it myself before driving in order to have safe visibility.
The handover process was also inconvenient. Instead of delivering the vehicle at the agreed location, the host drove us to his accommodation so that he could be dropped off there before we could begin our trip.
The drop-off experience was similarly unprofessional. The host first asked us to pick up another person on our way to the airport so that they could drive him back. When I declined, he then asked us to leave the vehicle in the airport’s short-term parking lot instead of completing a straightforward return.
While the vehicle itself met expectations, the pickup and return process was unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. I chose Turo expecting a convenient, professional rental experience, and unfortunately this experience did not meet that standard.

There was a havy traffic on the airport road which was communicated to you. Hence the situation was beyong my control. Your consent was seek to drop the host along your route which you obliged to. You were ask to drop the car at the short time parking which is just opposite the departure gate for your convenience.
