This is quite unfair. There is no reason you should rate a 4. You had no single complain about the car. you came at late in the night and there was a mixup that made you unable to pick the car. I made it up by bringing the the car to you and paying for your Uber. What else do expect. The only reason you are giving a 4 is because you are not a nice person and I regret not seeing the rating you gave before giving you a 5.
