I entered the car & it was reeking of a terrible scent. I tried to ignore it at first but, day by day, it just got worse. In response to my complaint of this regard, the host proceeded to tell me to “purchase an air freshener” stating that might do the trick? The car was making squealing noises on & off throughout the entire trip, not only was it extremely embarrassing but, it’s dangerous & illegal! The host then prompted me to take the car to his mechanic on a holiday, a day that I came back home from my job to be with my children, which is INSANE, as I am the paying customer expecting quality service. To make matters worse, I rented this car specifically for work purposes, NOT FOR LEISURE.. I picked up the car quickly & seamlessly (this is quite literally the only good thing about the experience) in the day time, in a hurry to get to work. Low & behold, as I got to my job site at night, I noticed only ONE of the headlights work!!!!!! ILLEGAL! This car should NOT be on the road. I went to pick up my daughters & even my young children were complaining about the odour & the squeaking noise. I would not recommend this vehicle whatsoever. & if I hadn’t already paid & was in need of the vehicle to get to work later that evening, I definitely would have taken the extreme measures of return & requesting a full refund.
Must be nice making false claims not knowing how a running car sounds because everyone is a “certified mechanic”. Refusing to bring it back or bringing it to my mechanic shop while using the vehicle without any issues till the completion of your trip, must be fantastic what the car can endure. Please take the bus next time, I would rather my vehicle not endure bad guests.

Car was ok. Old but does the job. Host very inflexible. Ended up forced to extend the trip by a whole day because of a 30 mins delay. Not worth the hassle, would go to a physical agency in the future.
