Thank you for your feedback and for understanding. As we had discussed, the cigarette smell was unfortunately from the renter before you, who returned the vehicle only a few hours before your rental, so there wasn’t much I could have done in such a short amount of time. It was reported to Turo, as was the issue with the bumper.
Unfortunately, sometimes certain things are simply out of our control. I really appreciate your understanding, and thank you again for your feedback.
Car was good. Pick up and drop off a breeze but behind but there was construction at airport which was hard to judge. Would use again

Unfortunately sometimes traffic is completely out of control. I always do my best to be as flexible and accommodating as possible, and I truly appreciate your understanding.
