Well, the pick up location was in a parking lot adjacent to a school. And there was no one to meet me. I was unable to get apple car play to work and despite trying to contact the owners of the car, I was unsuccessful. I did not ask for an extension, there was no accidents and I brought through car back full. I was unable to install the lock box. So left it in the car and locked the car door.
