UTOUR was a great host and made the rental experience easy overall. He was very responsive to our messages, attentive throughout the trip, and genuinely concerned about our safety when an issue came up. We really appreciated the communication and willingness to help, and despite a few setbacks during the rental, we felt well taken care of.

La voiture était propre et fonctionnelle dans son ensemble mais nous avons eu des soucis avec la batterie et le propriétaire n’était pas d’une grande aide car il est compliqué d’échanger en anglais au téléphone, nous avons dû nous débrouiller par nous même.
De plus il nous demande quelques jours après la fin de la location si nous avons changé un pneu sur sa voiture, ce qui n’est évidemment pas le cas. C’est assez étonnant et ne permet pas d’avoir une confiance totale.
