The trip was great, and the pick-up and drop-off of the Tesla Model 3 were very easy and straightforward. The Tesla was very clean, the interior was in perfect condition, and everything was great overall. The car drove very well and we really enjoyed the experience.
However, there was one incident where the trunk lid was accidentally damaged. It was not our fault, and there was no misuse or incorrect operation on our part. The damage occurred due to a malfunction in the Tesla’s closing mechanism.
The remaining question is how the host will handle this situation in the end.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The car was spotless, exactly as described, and drove perfectly. Pickup and drop-off were super easy, and the host was friendly, responsive, and professional throughout the trip. I would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommended!
