Car worked well and was in good condition. All contact was amiable.
I own a Tesla and would have liked to be able to hook my Tesla app to the car, but it was not possible. Us9.f.just the key card is awkward when you are used to using the app.
Be aware that if the car is at a high charge at pick up (as I requested), it will take a longer time to charge it up to 100%, so it is better for it to be at a lower charge at the start of your trip, say 80%, so you can spend less time charging before dropoff at the end of your trip to avoid some scheduling stress.
