Good little car. Clean and ran well.
Good communication from the hosts - the only thing that would have been better is if the fellow who collected my key had asked if I had completed a post-trip inspection. I know (now) that’s my job, but as the man was there almost as I pulled up I didn’t check my Turo account for prompts and didn’t know any better.
We had an incident where someone backed into us on the ferry so it remains to be seen how Turo will deal with that. So far communication with the hosts about the incident has been fine.

That day I was at work, and my son accepted the key from you. He is quite shy and tries not to approach people with additional questions. I apologize that he didn’t ask about completing the post-trip inspection — we usually don’t ask guests about that, as it is a standard procedure handled in the app.
