The host was amazing. Extremely service oriented and professional. We had agreed drop off at a nearby airport however the host offered to deliver the car straight to the address we were staying at. Later on we had some mechanical issues with the car, the host immediately found an alternative car and drove from Vancouver to Abbotsford to swap the cars. At pick up the host again illustrated great service and picked up the car at the place we were staying. I couldn’t have asked for a more responsive and professional host. Great experience

Thank you Terje for a great and detailed review! It was a pleasure working with you and your family, congratulations on the new baby!
Terje hired my Kia Forte for 2+ months all the way from Norway. The Kia delivered excellent reliability through out. The engine light turned on few days before trip end. No drivability issues but I made the decision to swap his vehicle for their peace of mind. The Kia has been inspected since and ready for her next adventure!
It was amazing, the car is just what we needed, we don't have any problem with it. And Chase is just wonderful, he is really kind. For sure we"ll do it again.

Very comfortable car to discover Vancouver and neighbouring. Very convenient pickup location near the airport and easily accessible by train. Overall, Chase was very attentive of everything going smooth, giving clear instructions and anticipating all requirements for perfect experience. Highly recommended for peace of mind and easy process

Thank you Etienne! Your review and effort time to leave one doesn't go unnoticed. It also helps many other guests look for great hosts with a genuine goal to exceed expectation. Vehicles dont need to be new to enjoy a trip, they just have to be well maintained clean and supported by a committed host. Im so happy to have been able to provide that for your trip. See you next time!
Chase is great! Pick up and drop off was very easy! Car was really clean
