I had a very stressful experience with this car, and unfortunately, I will have to leave a 1-star review.
My biggest concern was during our road trip toward Whistler. A warning appeared on the dashboard saying “pressure sensor fault,” along with the flat tire warning. I was extremely worried because I was travelling with an elderly person and two children. None of us knew much about car mechanics, so I was afraid the car might stop in the middle of the road.
The situation was especially stressful because there is very little or no road shoulder in many areas between Vancouver and Whistler. When I stopped in Lions Bay, I also had no phone service, which made the situation even more frightening. What was supposed to be a fun family trip unfortunately turned into a very stressful experience.
Because I was so concerned about the car, I decided not to continue to Whistler. We went to Squamish instead, where I had to ask someone for Wi-Fi so that I could contact you and get assistance.
I also feel the car's overall condition could be improved. The driver's seat is ripped, some of the paint is peeling, and the exterior looks quite worn. The leather on the steering wheel also looks very old and stained.
I’m sharing this feedback respectfully because I believe the condition and safety warnings of a rental car are especially important, particularly when someone is taking it on a longer road trip with their family. I really hope these issues can be addressed for future customers.
