Très bon contact avec Karim. Incident en toute fin de séjour : bris de glace très mal géré par Turo, que je quitte. Pression , délai très court, non prise en compte de nos messages.... Heureusement qu'on a pu trouver le temps et échanger de nombreuses fois en un délai très court avec Karim pour que je puisse payer le remplacement sans subir la décision de la plateforme et de payer des frais exorbitants.
