Great car, great response time from the host. Overall a very good experience.
Had to extend my rental last minute and git a response within 2 minutes.
It was so nice to drive, it made me want to buy a Fiat 500.

Mauvaise communication de la part de l'hôte à la prise de la voiture. J'ai attendu plus de 35 min pour avoir les instructions de l'ouverture de la voiture le jour même. En attente de réponse de l'hôte, j'ai dû appeller le SAV Turo pour qu'il puisse m'aider à résoudre ce problème. SAV très réactif.
Malgré ce désagrément, la voiture se conduit très bien, très propre et prise en main facile.
