This is my first time using TURO. The car was nice and clean, not special, but definitely better than the average rental car. The car was not fueled up (not sure if this is normal) but I topped up as much as I consumed. Unfortunately I had to wait a significant time (30 min based on initial agreement) at the airport to get it, so it was not faster than a traditional rental car. Mishaps can happen and I wouldn't have minded too much, but I also had to wait 10 minutes when dropping off the car. Communication was okay and the owner was friendly and apologetic but service delivered was still not satisfactory, being late twice in a row is not a coincidence. The car was definitely more expensive (almost double) of what a traditional rental would cost, and I was willing to test it because of the offered service, but that was not delivered so for what I got it was way too expensive. I'm not sold on TURO and not sure if I will give it another try. It wasn't a disaster but it was less than what I expected and paid for, therefore 3*.

And the beeping sound was my car dash cam which has safety features in it so it beeps when there’s pothole or the traffic in front of you
