Ammar was great to rent from—flexible and quick to respond. Pickup and drop-off were super easy. The car was great on gas, drove really well, and was perfect for the price point. Would definitely rent again!

Overall a good experience. Ammar was warm and responsive. Note that it’s a slightly old car and pickups are slow. There’s no Bluetooth for music or power outlet to charge phones. For a long trip this car might not be best, especially if you are accustomed to modern cars. Other than that the car had no issues and performed satisfactorily.

We are, however, disappointed to see the 4-star rating, as it is based on the vehicle's age and lack of Bluetooth—features that are clearly detailed in the original listing for this 2010 model. We take transparency seriously and accurately list all features to ensure guests can choose the car that best fits their needs, which is why we also offer newer models with advanced amenities at different price points.
